T's 4 A's is our student reward program and is designed to encourage discipline, peer-assistance, and foster leadership qualities for all students.

 

Our program gives "A" students the opportunity to help fellow students improve their grades. In doing so, they will inspire and create a chain reaction amongst their peers that will improve upon both their study habits & grade levels.

​

"A" students will provide peer-tutoring with a goal of creating more "A" students within the program.

 

Upon acceptance into the program student-tutors will receive a quarterly review and an end of the year reward for their participation.

 

​'A' Students will:

 

*Have gold (label) tee shirts.

 

*Be asked to serve as student-tutors for other students.

 

*Will be eligible for rewards that include: Best Student-Tutor Leadership Award, A Day with a Celebrity DJ or Dollars for Dynamics Award.

 

'B' students will:

 

*Have blue or pink (label) tee shirts.

 

*Be asked to work with the 'A' students on the Student-Tutor leadership program.

 

*Be eligible for 'Most Improved' Awards, Dollars for Dynamics Awards & becoming promoted to "gold" level tee shirts.

 

 

* Note: The T's4A's Tee shirts can not be purchased. The are exclusive to students registered with our program.
